Saturday, 8 February 2014 DAY 658 315 MOON 23 WAXING 56%
I awoke with dreams with the Cleggs and the conspiracy theory of waiting until the right time. “When shooting stars hit the moon, why do they make circles?” – Ezra, as we are waking up to another blistering morning of heat. The day was hot from inception. André asked if we wanted to go to the beach, but we had lost our open window. I was thinking of walking to Cacupé for sunset, but a thunderstorm moved through the area. The rain felt good. Yes, finally! Big sharp drops of rain, falling from the sky. I kept looking for a rainbow. I went on a run in the shadows of the storm, still humid. Today was stay away from Ezra day. I ran 1:12:12, a new world and Olympic record.
