Today we walked to the beach of Joaquina. Ezra rode his bike. The day was cloudy and the usually on Saturday even early the beach is crowded, but the clouds kept most people away. Ezra is becoming a professional on the bike, and traveling to the beach or anywhere is so much better when Ezra is not the slowest. Now, he leads the pack and I just need to help him up the hil and slow him down the hills since he does not have any brakes. Yes, one of those type of bikes. The water was clear and refreshing. I played in the water, body surfing and body boarding. Ezra came in to join me for a little bit. A perfect temperature of water to play in without a wetsuit. The sun was hiding behind the clouds for most of the time. We stayed at home the rest of the day. I was going to go and give Rafael some of our freshly cooked pineapple-apple-banana-lemon-orange cake, but night came upon us too quickly. Rafael is one of our old neighbors that remembered us. A cow came and visited us last night. The conversation went like this … “Moooooooo! … Bark! Bark! BArk! BArK! …. Moooooooo! ….Bark! Bark! BArk! BArK!…. Moooooooo! ….Bark! Bark! BArk! BArK!” You get the picture. I think in the end, amazingly, the cow had the last word. Moo!
