We ate a good breakfast from our food that was delivered the night before from Angeloni. The delivery service cost $3.50 USD and is well worth it – basically, the cost of a round-trip bus ride. They were playing soccer in the neighborhood so we walked to the field to see. We also walked to see the old homestead. I have not seen any familiar faces in the neighborhood. André came over in the afternoon and we all went for a walk in the dunes. First, we had to witness some intense soccer from a small sand bluff in the dunes. The sun was still strong at 4:30pm. We had a great walk in the pockeyss of the dunes and then out onto the freedom of the sands. Such freedom. Viena and Ezra love their red sled and love riding down the dunes. I am sure you will see sled rentals here pretty soon. We walked and played all the way to the main dune of Joaquina – the Mother Dune. Still unmistakable. Perfect temperatures. We called Ira and Iso on Skype. I guess Iso is a destroyer and a cleaner. The neighbor was loud through the night, but I was not prepared for what came next …
