2 May 2012 DAY 11

Wednesday, 2 May 2012 DAY 11 MOON 1 WAXING 74%
I woke up in College Station. Another day of beef. Flags at half mast. We traveled the facilities of Texas A & M. Observed the experiments of cows dealing with nutrition and conception. A talk about the drought and the number of cattle. I was hazed with having to wear a pacifier around my neck since this was my first year of the tour. I can only imagine the hazing that occurred 30 years ago. I had to give a speech and used the words Bud-Wisecus merged with Miller Litecus and what do you receive. “Look in the mirror” Most of the Cattlemen responded. We drove to Dallas. Stayed up way to late, but I was able to grab a 2 hour run to Lake Worth. What an interesting run. The lake was low and had no real views. Only a few lake houses and the road appeared to be used by people who wanted to off load furniture and other trashy household items.
